Contact Forms
Information submitted through contact forms is stored in our website’s database and also delivered, via email, to and read by B&D Machine Works employees and may be kept indefinitely unless a request is made to remove the submitted information.
If you choose the “save and continue” button on our contact forms, the information you’ve entered will be stored in a database table separate from other website data. This feature works by generating a special link that will allow you to pick up at the same point at a later date. This link expires and the data is removed after 30 days.
Who we share your data with
Visitors to our site may be evaluated by third parties, such as Google reCAPTCHA, in order to identify non-human traffic and help cut back on robots, spam, and other non-human activities.
What rights you have over your data
If you have submitted information through one of our contact forms, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
